My friend Noel brought me to Parrilla steak house last week for lunch. I love this place! Parrilla has these awesome lunch specials for just $6.99. I got the Skirt Steak Special which comes with a side of rice & beans and a salad. Parrilla proudly displays their parrilla steak house, parrilla bar and grill, columbia medial center, great steaks uptown new york massive grill at the front window where they cook their steaks and meats to perfection. My Skirt steak was a very juicy cut done just right. Apparently Parrilla does it right at night as well with their special Happy Hour (4-7pm) events : Monday Hennessy Vs. Cocktails $5 / Tuesday $2 Beers / Weds $5 Mojitos & Margaritas on the rocks / Thurs $5 Martinis / Fri & Sat Special discounts on bottles. Yes, bottle service. LOL at a restaurant no less. Then again I did see some laser light machines on the ceiling so maybe Parrilla is more a club at night. It would make sense since there is a high medical student population in the area and why not keep the action in the neighborhood. Definitely well worth the trip uptown!
