What’s the best thing before a hard day of skiing or snowboarding in Whistler BC Canada? Check out La Brasserie Des Artistes in the heart of Whistler village. They have a full brunch menu includingLa Brasserie des Artistes, cafe, whistler village, whistler, brunch Eggs Florentine served with home fries. These were especially good as well as the French Toast made with fresh baked bread that also includes a side of bacon. To be honest I was looking for a place that served fresh Waffles (which I’ll post next) that I read about on the plane ride over. La Brasserie Des Artistes however totally hit the spot. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola and their quick table service will get you out the door in no time. I haven’t tried lunch or dinner here but the crowds in the cafe are probably a good indication that the food is pretty good. I also have to add that the prices are pretty good considering all of the high end places in the Whistler village.
