Giada De Laurentiis Recipe - Spicy Sausage Artichokes Sun Dried Tomatoes Pasta
So I admit that we watch the Food Network a lot maybe too much but then again, we only have basic cable and whenever Emeril isn’t on (which is most of the time) we tune in to our
favorites such as Alton Brown, Iron Chef (the old school Japanese is still our fav) and Giada De Larentiis. We also enjoy watching Tyler Florence’s “how to boil water” cause he has this ditzy lady cohost to make him more manly. Ok so Food Network it is and here’s a recipe we tried out from dear old Giada De Laurentiis. It’s really easy and really good.

Spicy Sausage Artichokes Sun Dried Tomatoes over Raccoto Pasta
Take some spicy sausage (can be turkey, pork, whatever) fry with a half cup of marinated artichoke hearts and a half cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes. Add about a cup of diced mozarella and sprinkle in a handful of coarsely chopped parsely. Stir in your Rocconto pasta and serve immediately. Delicious and easy.
