Korean BBQ Bulgogi part II
Somewhere in Seoul
Near the Coex / Posco Building
Our coworkers from Seoul took us out for a real Korean BBQ last week and it was probably the tastiest bulgogi I’ve had. First off, it’s cooked over real burning wood coals - not a gas stove. The grill itself was pretty cool - it had an overhanging vent that bascially sucked the smoke right out of the room. (no Korean BBQ smelling clothes is a real added benefit.). But the beef was also pretty amazing itself. It was definitely some really high quality beef and marinated to perfection.
