A French Brunch – Omlettes by Sabrina Gallier – Herbs de Provence

A French Omlette Breakfast by Sabrina Gallier – looks mighty tasty!

French Omelettes:

  • 4 Eggs battered with heavy cream,
  • salt & spices (herbs de Province).
  • Add cheese cubes and sun dried tomatoes
  • 1. Add mixture to hot frying pan and cover, but set it to low for 20 mins. Add cream cheese and avocado before serving
    2. Fry bacon on the side.
    3. Feijoada Beans: Cook beans with sausage, salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaves for 30 minutes in pressure cooker.
    4. Toast & butter
