It’s sort of like why I love goat cheese too; the stink attracts me. I was just recently in Hong Kong too and was literally sniffing the air to find myself some stinky cho tofu. It’s rather funny to watch me eat. I had to hold my nose while lifting the tofu into my mouth but each cube was piping hot and crunchy and really tasty with some chili sauce. Yum! They are the best thing to snack while walking in the streets of Hong Kong.
