Anyhow last Friday for lunch we went out to Rei Do Gado for lunch which is another fine meat eaters’ BBQ restaurant in San Diego. Rei Do Gado or “King of Beef” in Portuguese is an appropriately crowned eating establishment.

This is a meat lovers paradise where the finest cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb are roasted to perfection rotisserie style over a wood fired oven. The waiters then bring out the slabs of meat and slice the steaming pieces right onto your plate .

There is also a very healthy and tasty salad bar.

Oh I forgot to mention it’s a buffet style lunch so eat till you burst at this place. To help you digest your meal, I would recommend having a glass of fresh acai (Brazilian Smoothie)
