2)2 cloves Garlic
3)2-3 green onion stalks
4)2 tblspns dried chinese black beans
5)1 teasp of sliced ginger
6)jim beam whiskey
First Chop chop the skinned frog legs:

Chop up some garlic, green onions, and ginger:

Then pour a few tblspoons of olive oil over a medium flame with a sprinkle of salt:

Toss in the frog legs and garlic and ginger:

Stir fry with black beans

Add in the Whiskey (Jim Beam or other variation)

Cover and let steam for a few minutes. Add salt to desired level and serve:

If you’ve never had frog legs before – it’s got a fish flavor but the meat has the consistency of chicken. Dad says the best time to buy them is after a hugh rainstorm cause that’s when you find them in the fields and they’re more fresh.
