We were on the way to Mono Lake and stopped for lunch. There was a really cool looking BBQ place next door but it was completely boarded up.

I ordered the Special of the Day:

It was supposed to be a Carnitas Burrito with rice and beans and a side of salad. But the the pork was too salty and a little dry. The beans were not too fresh either.

The house salad, although was only iceberg lettuce and house dressing, was good:
