疆葱 Homemade Chinese Ginger Scallion Chicken Sauce Recipe
Happy Holidays! Here’s a quick recipe for 疆葱 or Chinese Ginger Scallion Chicken Sauce. It’s foolproof easy and is a traditional sauce served with steamed chicken.
Chinese Ginger Scallion Chicken Sauce Ingredients
1 part thinly diced ginger
1 part thinly diced scallions
Salt to taste
Olive oil (2-3 tablespoons)
Dice the ginger and scallions. Mix in a bowl with salt. Heat up a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil over high heat. Stir in the ginger and scallions and cook for about 1 min. Remove from heat, allow to cool and serve!
