Carnitas and rice - spanish food cart

I wasn’t aware of food cart vendors this far uptown - especially on a Saturday so it was quite a surprise 
and delight to run into this one. Here an older couple serve some really tasty homemade meals such as Carnitas & Rice, Ceviche & Rice, Fish & Rice, Empanadas (Beef and Chicken). The Carnitas however was the choice of the day I beleive - she had it right there in the cart still hot and steaming from the 
oven roast and basically carves a few tender and moist slices right over your rice along with the crispy crunchy skin! It is the real deal here for sure and I need to check out the other menu items next time.
