What’s the best thing before a hard day of skiing or snowboarding in Whistler BC Canada? Check out La Brasserie Des Artistes in the heart of Whistler village. They have a full brunch menu including Eggs Florentine served with home fries. These were especially good as well as the French Toast made with fresh baked bread that also includes a side of bacon. To be honest I was looking for a place that served fresh Waffles (which I’ll post next) that I read about on the plane ride over. La Brasserie Des Artistes however totally hit the spot. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola and their quick table service will get you out the door in no time. I haven’t tried lunch or dinner here but the crowds in the cafe are probably a good indication that the food is pretty good. I also have to add that the prices are pretty good considering all of the high end places in the Whistler village.
