Happy New Year. Back from our trip to China. Our trip included days in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Beijing. Some of the highlights include

  • Eating clay pot rice bowls on Temple Street in Kowloon
  • Incredible dim sum in TST
  • La mian (fresh hand noodles) in Shenzhen
  • Fresh Jiaozi and Baozi and other street foods in Beijing
  • and of course Beijing Duck.

    • Unfortunately I left my camera with all of my photos at my friend’s place in Beijing. But it should be arriving in the mail soon. In the meantime I’ll continue to write about events here in NY. -S
