刀削面 Dao xiao mian (Knife Cut Noodles)

I had a quick trip to China last week and visited Shanghai and Beijing. The street food was amazing as expected. Upon arriving in Shanghai I had Jian Bing and la mian. Along the way was this awesome 刀削面 Dao xiao mian (Knife Cut Noodles) place I found in the alleyway. The noodles really can’t get any fresher than this. Here they serve it with a spicy beef sauce. Amazing! I’m beginning to miss China already.
